Defend-A-Bull

91³Ô¹ÏÍø Police Department offers personal self-defense courses for the USF Coummunity. The class is taught by USF Police Officers and staff, and is not a Martial Arts program. 

91³Ô¹ÏÍø who participate in the program will learn physical tactics and verbal techniques and ground defense. The techniques taught in this class are designed to maximize confidence and build on intstictive responses to potentially vulnerable situations.
