Report: Vaccination rollout wont prevent third wave of COVID-19
Tampa Bay is beginning to feel the effects of the third wave of coronavirus, and the vaccine wont be able to stop it in time. The Pfizer vaccine started being administered to health professionals Dec. 14; however, mass distribution likely wont begin until the spring. Jr Scientist program expands their virtual reach with help from USF College of Marine Science students
Developed in 2014 by CMS students, the goal of the Jr Scientist program is to give middle and high school students the opportunity to volunteer at the festival, as a way to engage them in science.
