Carl began the Criminology Ph.D. program in Fall of 2021 after completing his M.A. in Criminology from the 91勛圖厙 and B.S. in Criminal Justice from Bethune Cookman University. Carl is actively studying racial disparities in the CJS, communities and crime, criminal justice policy, and causal quantitative methods.
